The Millennium at the Barbour

Details are a little sketchy about these Millennium celebrations, it seems that what went on at the Barbour on New Year's Eve 1999, stays at the Barbour on NYE 1999. There was talk of hostess trollies, but I'm not sure if that was for the food or the races? Dare you tell the story of what happened on that special night?
