How can I access the Barbour Institute?

You will be issued the door code prior to your event/ booking.

I would like to arrive earlier than the timed booked, is this possible?

The room you have hired will be available from the time you have booked it. It will not be possible to enter earlier.

If there is another room empty, may we use it?

You are only permitted to use the room you have booked.

Is there parking at the Barbour Institute?

There are parking spaces, including disabled parking, at the front of the building. The ground on the Millfield up to the War Horse has been reinforced and therefore may be used as additional parking. Contact the office if you would like a map of other parking areas within the village.
