Yoga for Pregnancy. Thursday 7.30 – 8.30pm.
Recent research has shown that yoga designed specifically for pregnancy has a huge range of benefits including improved perinatal mental health and an improved rate of positive birth experiences. These specifically designed classes incorporate asanas (yoga postures), breathing and meditation techniques to prepare you mentally and physically for the birth of your baby and the transition to parenthood. Classes are suitable throughout pregnancy from 12 weeks and are adapted to your individual requirements.
